A pit bridge cable tie from an earlier emergency patch is later offered as proof that a changed bridge patch, patch operator, and displaced section can be treated as clean mix authority. The old tie is not clean mix authority for the later bridge patch: it only proves one bounded patch moment.

Playable pressure: the production caller tries to reuse the earlier tie receipt after the patch map and pit operator changed. The player must certify scope, attach a current receipt, split original and later pit readers, require checksum, publish crew notice, quarantine the claim, or accept a false-clean default.

If the false-clean mix is allowed, future route costs mutate because displaced orchestra crew and archive readers now have to unwind a bad authority claim before the next broadcast recap.
