Proof Window Reopen Receipt
A sponsor or editor tries to treat an expired proof window as still closed after the custody basis changes. The player must decide whether the new basis reopens the window, whether the old denial remains attached, and who is harmed if the expired row is consumed as clean authority.
The pressure is state-based: it begins from a visible expired proof row, a changed custody basis, a requested reopen use, a current reader who wants to rely on the old closure, and a harmed or excluded reader/route. It is never scheduled by a fixed turn, day, raw proof count, dashboard state, or lens health.
Playable consequences should move at least three named counters among proof-window-trust, custody-basis-drift, reader-harm-ledger, sponsor-expedience, and archive-stability.
