A taped label from the prop table survives a rehearsal handoff. Later, a sponsor and route asset reader try to spend that label as if it proves clean delivery, ownership, and memorial custody. The playable pressure is whether the worker certifies the label’s original handoff scope, restricts who may read it, attaches a prop-runner bridge, reopens a harmed claimant, splits handoff notation from ownership authority, quarantines reuse, or lets a false-clean default harden.

The label is evidence of a local handoff row, not universal consent. Any future route that consumes it must carry the source row, runner/absence, context, scope, harmed claimant, proof bridge, after-state, and counter movement into replay.
