Quiet Refund Afteruse Receipt
A sponsor desk discovers that a prior quiet refund is being cited as if it were universal silence consent. The original refund row settled one harmed audience group, but a later route reader tries to spend that row to mute a different claimant and keep the broadcast version clean.
Playable pressure:
- the source refund row remains visible with its source session/seed or explicit absence;
- the refunded claimant and the later silenced claimant are different surfaces;
- the player can certify the refund scope, attach a public bridge, split the refund from silence, reopen the claimant, quarantine the afteruse, or accept a false-clean default;
- every useful route effect carries cost: refund debt, public distrust, sponsor heat, or claimant hostility.
This is a design-contract lens pending runtime rollup; it should not be treated as replay-proven until a durable lens session exports a game-cli replay for the branch.
