Receipt Printer Ribbon Priority / 回执打印色带优先级

When the building has only enough authenticated printer ribbon to issue one class of receipts, the player must decide which proof surface becomes durable and which proof is left as a contested readback.

This is not a generic stationery shortage. It is a custody pressure caused by signed paper still being the easiest object for inspectors, fans, harmed readers, and sponsors to cite after broadcast reality mutates. The storyline begins only when a receipt queue already exists and at least two pending proof surfaces compete for the same authenticated ribbon.

The ribbon can be assigned to audit-lantern receipts, caption handoff packets, sponsor discharge notes, borrowed-power claim notices, memorial custody tags, or another named proof surface. Whichever surface loses must remain visible as a future reader with a route consequence rather than disappear as flavor.

Playable pressure

• operations wants one clean printed receipt to calm inspectors;
• editors want caption or callback proof because replay evidence is being disputed;
• sponsors want discharge or makegood receipts before audience liability matures;
• archive custodians want memorial tags printed before voice/body custody is challenged;
• a false clean printed receipt can be claimed if the ribbon allocation hides the omitted queue.

Evidence shape

A valid implementation records the ribbon source, queue rows, chosen printed row, delayed or omitted row, harmed reader, selected posture, state after, and the future reader or route that consumes the omission.
