Service Elevator Key Afteruse Receipt
A service elevator key from an earlier emergency dock-chain patch is later offered as proof that a changed custody-chain route, custody captain, and displaced operator section can be treated as safe loading cue authority. The old key is not safe loading cue authority for the later custody-chain route: it only proves one bounded patch moment.
Playable pressure: the production caller tries to reuse the earlier key receipt after the custody-chain map and custody captain changed. The player must certify scope, attach a current receipt, split original and later service elevator readers, require checksum, publish operator notice, quarantine the claim, or accept a false-clean default.
If the false-clean mix is allowed, future route costs mutate because displaced dock crew operator and archive readers now have to unwind a bad authority claim before the next broadcast recap.
