Soundproof Window Latch Afteruse Receipt

A prior stability correction used a backstage soundproof-window latch tag to explain why audience spillover did not enter a broadcast mix. Later, a sponsor asks to reuse that same latch tag as if it proves a clean acoustic boundary for a new scene.

The pressure is playable because the latch tag is not the same thing as current room authority. The current proof must name the original window bay, the latch inventory row, the acoustic-map version, the room operator, the sponsor caller, the later scene, and any displaced listener or crew member whose testimony would be overwritten by reuse.

The decision surface should let the player certify a current acoustic officer, attach a receipt, split old and new room readers, require editor checksum, publish a listener notice, quarantine the afteruse claim, or allow a false-clean default that makes later route access costlier.

This is not a fixed-turn trigger. It is a state-pressure lens for stale physical-boundary proof being transformed into clean broadcast authority.
