Sponsor Comp Clause Afteruse Receipt

A sponsor comp clause lets production hand out a free ticket, waived fee, oxygen credit, or hospitality promise in exchange for silence during a crisis. The clause is not a clean universal release. It carries the comped claimant, the sponsor condition, the public or private audience surface, and the later use that tries to cite the comp as proof that the harm was settled.

The afteruse question starts only when a later reader or route consumes the old comp clause: a sponsor renewal desk, archive release, lawful report, fan recap, route asset package, facility gate, or ending check tries to treat the comp as clean consent.

Every answer must name the source comp clause, source comp state, comped claimant or explicit absence, sponsor condition, requested afteruse, future reader or route, harmed or omitted claimant, audience surface or explicit absence, proof bridge, selected posture, after-state, and future route effect.

Playable Pressure

  • Certify the comp scope for the exact reader that can cite it.
  • Restrict the afteruse reader when the sponsor tries to reuse the comp outside the promised surface.
  • Attach a public, archive, or payment bridge so the comp has visible proof rather than private laundering.
  • Reopen the comped claimant or omitted claimant when the old clause bought silence instead of settlement.
  • Split the comp clause afteruse row so sponsor, public, lawful, and route-asset readers diverge.
  • Quarantine the comp clause afteruse until a new receipt or claimant answer exists.
  • Let a false-clean comp afteruse default harden, creating future distrust, contract capture, and recovery-only scars.

Failure Mode

If production accepts a comp clause as clean universal proof, later play records a false-clean comp afteruse state. Future readers may consume the scar, but the sponsor package becomes costlier, public receipt legitimacy drops, and omitted claimants gain a recovery hook.
