A fan runner produces an old stage-door replay where a performer waved toward a crowd line. A sponsor route now wants to treat that replay as fresh consent for a private access scene, while an omitted claimant says the original wave was only a crowd-control signal.

Playable pressure: the player must decide whether the replay proves narrow attendance, needs a public/stage-door bridge, must be split between claimants, or should be quarantined before broadcast reality turns it into a clean route asset.

Consequences must name the source replay, the original door state, the signer or explicit absence, the reader trying to consume it, and the harmed claimant. False-clean handling should scar future access: fans may gain unsafe precedent, sponsors may capture a route asset, and the omitted claimant may become hostile or suppressed.
