Technical Custody Afteruse

Technical props, cue devices, batteries, cables, booth patch notes, and console records can become route assets only when their custody chain stays visible. This page narrows the first playable packet to a booth patch cable that was used during a blackout reroute.

Playable premise

A later sponsor route wants to spend the patched audio cable as clean proof that the blackout reroute was safe, authorized, and audience-neutral. The player must expose the source booth row, operator or explicit absence, cable version mark, proof bridge, harmed technician or audience claimant, requested afteruse, and future reader before certifying, splitting, quarantining, or accepting a false-clean default.

Required state

  • source technical artifact: booth patch cable PATCH-B-17;
  • source row: blackout reroute booth row and console timecode;
  • operator hand or explicit absence;
  • cable version mark and replacement timestamp;
  • proof bridge: console log, battery ledger, or witness note;
  • harmed party: technician blamed for the reroute or audience group affected by degraded audio;
  • requested afteruse: sponsor safety proof, archive authority, or route asset clearance;
  • future reader: inspector, sponsor handler, archive clerk, or public route;
  • durable outcome: scoped certificate, reader restriction, split cable/log custody, quarantine, or false-clean scar.

Boundaries

The cable cannot prove whole-audience consent, universal safety, settled blackout chronology, operator permission, or sponsor innocence. It can only carry a scoped technical custody claim once the player names who will consume the claim next.
