During a sponsor blackout, an usher uses a numbered flashlight to move one row of patrons away from a blocked aisle. Later, production wants to cite that flashlight row as clean proof that the crowd saw and accepted a reenactment, that accessibility compliance was handled, and that the archive route can publish the blackout recap.

The playable pressure is not whether the flashlight existed. It is whether the player can preserve who held it, what it illuminated, who relied on it, who was left out, and what future route may consume it.

Branch families must include certification, reader restriction, usher proof bridge, harmed claimant reopening, split visibility/consent custody, quarantine, false default, and a future-effect branch. Each branch must create relief, cost, and a future route mutation.
