Witness Oath Expiry Afteruse Receipt

A witness oath can stabilize one testimony row, but the company cannot treat that old oath as clean authority forever. When a sponsor, lawful reader, archive desk, or broadcast route tries to reuse it after the custody surface changes, the player must decide whether the old oath still carries, needs renewal, must be split from the new proof use, or should be quarantined.

Playable pressure comes from naming the old oath, the testimony it originally covered, the current reader trying to consume it, and the reader or claimant harmed if the expired oath becomes current proof.

This storyline is not a calendar timeout. It opens only when a future afteruse tries to consume old witness-oath state.
