Active-Hand Snapshot Citation Docket

Active-Hand Snapshot Citation Docket opens when an old active-hand snapshot is about to be cited as current actor availability, authority, sponsor oxygen scope, legal cover, archive trust, memorial asset access, edit authority, or broadcast-reality proof.

The docket is invalid if it records only that the old hand contained the card. It must preserve the source snapshot and the future reader that wants to consume the citation.

Valid Uses

Use this docket when:

• a route cites Li Xingtong, Shen Luo, Baiya, Yu Lan, or Han Yanshuang because they were in the old hand;
• a sponsor desk cites sponsor-oxygen-active-hand as if sponsor oxygen scope is current;
• a lawful reader cites the Turn 31 legal/audit pairing as clean authority;
• an archive or editor reader cites an old black-box or witness pairing as current proof;
• management marks a route ready because the old active hand had the needed actor or asset.

Invalid uses include generic hand history, raw hand count, or a source snapshot with no future reader.
