Active-Hand Snapshot Citation Receipt

Active-Hand Snapshot Citation Receipt starts when a later route, desk, or reader cites an old active-hand snapshot as proof that a character, authority, asset, or sponsor oxygen surface is currently available.

Custody Active Hand and Storyteller active hand snapshot - 2026-05-30 are useful provenance. They are not universal proof. This storyline owns the narrower problem: when later play says “this card was in the hand,” which source snapshot, card or pairing, requested use, current absence, harmed reader, and future effect still travel with that citation?

Playable Question

When an old active-hand snapshot is cited later, does production certify the citation as scoped, rebuild the current hand, split the reader scope, attach provenance, quarantine the citation, convert it into a resume-packet row, or let a false active-hand citation default harden?

Every answer must name source snapshot, source hand card or pairing, the citation claim, claimed actor or asset, desired reader, excluded or harmed reader, proof or explicit absence, selected posture, state after, and future route effect.

Storyline Spine

Beat 1 - Old hand evidence becomes useful

A later route wants to cite an old active-hand source: Li Xingtong’s public stabilizer role, Shen Luo’s schedule folding, Baiya’s black-box cut authority, Yu Lan’s counter-history, Han Yanshuang’s white-glove audit, sponsor oxygen cards, or a Turn 31 pairing.

The source snapshot can prove that an old packet existed. It cannot prove the actor is available now, that the asset is unspent, or that every reader accepts the same scope.

Beat 2 - Citation is separated from current readiness

Create Active-Hand Snapshot Citation Docket. The docket must separate:

  • source snapshot;
  • card or pairing being cited;
  • requested later use;
  • current actor, asset, authority, or explicit absence;
  • desired reader;
  • excluded or harmed reader;
  • proof bridge or absence;
  • future route effect.

Beat 3 - Review prices the citation

Run Active-Hand Snapshot Citation Review. A scoped citation may help a route proceed, but it must preserve limitation. If the current hand has drifted, rebuild or convert into resume-packet state instead of pretending the old hand is still current.

Beat 4 - Future play reads snapshot citation state

Later routes read snapshot_citation_state_after, not was_in_turn31_hand. A sponsor reader may accept sponsor oxygen scope while public readers require addendum. A lawful reader may accept the audit pairing only with provenance. A route asset may require resume-packet rebuild before use.

Every non-default branch must mutate one relief surface, one cost surface, and one future reader or route effect. No branch may turn an old active-hand snapshot into clean universal availability for public, lawful, sponsor, archive, editor, route asset, management, and broadcast-reality readers at once.

Default

If later play cites an active-hand snapshot without source snapshot, card or pairing, claimed actor/asset, current absence, desired reader, harmed reader, proof bridge, or future effect, False Active-Hand Citation Default fires or arms.

Non-Goals

  • Not a new hand-size rule.
  • Not a replacement for Resume Packet Triage.
  • Not a character availability system by itself.
  • Not valid unless a future reader consumes the old snapshot citation state.
