Blackout Residue Claim Docket / 黑屏残留认领案卷

Blackout Residue Claim Docket is the card that records the playable remainder of a blackout, dead-air gap, muted slot, or unfilled correction space after the immediate incident has passed.

The card exists because a blackout is not merely absence. It can become proof, debt, inventory, public memory, sponsor replacement, lawful scar, fan oxygen grievance, or a route asset. The player must see who is trying to claim that blank surface before it is consumed by a later route.

Playable promise

The docket must force three answers:

1. What exactly survived from the blank surface?
2. Which reader is trying to use it now?
3. Who becomes worse off if that use is accepted?

It fails if it records only blackout happened, slot missed, or audience confused without claimant, harmed reader, requested use, and future route effect.
