Blackout Residue Claiming / 黑屏残留认领线

Blackout Residue Claiming is a pressure-system storyline for the moment after a blackout has stopped being an emergency and starts being useful to somebody.

The existing mesh can record blackouts, auction correction slots, register stopped routes, assign salvage floors, and settle sponsor makegoods. This line fills a narrower playable gap: the blank broadcast surface itself can be claimed before a later route consumes it.

Primary playable question: when a dead-air gap, muted feed, held slot, missing recap, redacted clip, or skipped public notice is later cited, who owns that blank, who is harmed by the citation, and what future route must now respect the blank as proof, inventory, grievance, scar, or contradiction?

Valid entry examples:

  • sponsor wants to use dead air as makegood inventory;
  • inspector treats a missing correction as safety hold;
  • editor uses a mute gap as checksum mask;
  • fan public cites a skipped memorial notice as oxygen grievance;
  • archive flags a blank as missing chain row;
  • a discontinued route asks whether its only remaining object is a black-screen stub;
  • broadcast reality tries to treat absence as clean closure.

Storyline spine

Beat 1 — The blank resurfaces

The immediate blackout has already happened. A later reader now wants to consume the blank.

The player receives Blackout Residue Claim Docket. The docket names the residue, source surface, blank kind, claimant, harmed reader, proof anchor or explicit absence, requested use, and default risk.

Beat 2 — Claimants describe incompatible blanks

The same blank cannot be all things at once:

  • sponsor sees replacement inventory;
  • inspector sees lawful interruption;
  • editor sees managed continuity gap;
  • fan public sees withheld grief or oxygen debt;
  • archive sees missing chain row;
  • artist sees refusal or unauthorized afteruse surface;
  • route asset reader sees a stub that can reopen, block, or scar a route.

At least two interpretations must be live or one interpretation must name explicit absence and the cost of that absence.

Beat 3 — The player assigns claim boundary

The player opens Blackout Residue Claim Hearing.

The rite must assign blank surface, source row, claimant, requested use, harmed reader or explicit absence, proof anchor or explicit absence, handler or explicit absence, selected posture, and accepted cost.

Beat 4 — Future route acceptance mutates

A branch is not valid unless the future reader changes acceptance. Possible effects:

  • public-only;
  • sponsor-only;
  • lawful-only;
  • editor-required;
  • checksum required;
  • public receipt required;
  • fan refund path required;
  • route stub required;
  • carrier required;
  • bond required;
  • recovery-only;
  • contradiction pending;
  • blocked with notice;
  • ending scar pending.

Beat 5 — First filer owns the blank if the player does not

If claimant, harmed reader, proof anchor, handler, cost, or future effect is missing, Blackout Residue Owner Default fires or is armed. The event names the default owner, hidden field, residue state after, harmed reader after, future route effect, and counter deltas.

Character and faction hooks

  • Shen Luo can bargain sponsor inventory, but contract capture and public distrust rise.
  • Han Yanshuang can seat inspector hold or lawful annex, but bureau debt and inspection heat rise.
  • Baiya can keep editor gap legible through checksum, but edit debt and source ambiguity rise.
  • Yu Lan can make the blank public memory, but sponsor pressure and public contradiction rise.
  • 海盗频段童声 can relay a missing notice or muted voice, but relay custody risk and public exposure rise.

Missability and recovery

The storyline is missed when implementation:

  • treats a blackout as simple absence;
  • lets a blank satisfy sponsor, inspector, editor, public, archive, and route readers at once;
  • lets dead air become makegood without harmed reader;
  • lets edit gap become truth without source ambiguity;
  • lets public memory become lawful proof without bridge;
  • lets a route stub reopen without carrier, bond, or scar;
  • triggers from fixed turn, fixed day/week, raw count, dashboard state, or lens health.

Recovery is allowed only with scar: late public receipt, sponsor unwind, lawful annex, checksum correction, fan refund path, route stub bond, or ending-scar retirement.

Non-goals

  • Not filler blackout lore.
  • Not an incident-count mechanic.
  • Not a generic correction-slot reprint.
  • Not a governance or dashboard page.
  • Not a clean repair for sponsor, public, editor, inspector, archive, or route pressure.
  • Not valid if the blank surface does not change future route acceptance.
