Counterparty Reliance Ledger / 相对方信赖账本

Counterparty Reliance Ledger is the visible docket for a reader, sponsor desk, claimant row, worker carrier, archive queue, public delegate, route-asset custodian, or management desk that already changed position because a prior contract readback, callback consumption, sponsor citation, or recovery shelf looked clean.

The card exists because false-clean authority becomes more dangerous after somebody relies on it. The upstream row may later be corrected, narrowed, quarantined, or unwound, but the relying counterparty has already spent money, moved a witness, released a copy, accepted a schedule, promised a sponsor package, exposed a worker, or claimed a route asset. This ledger makes that sunk reliance playable instead of leaving it as generic pressure.

First instantiated runtime row

storyteller.card.counterparty_reliance_ledger.v1 is first created by storyteller.event.counterparty_reliance_discovered.v1 after the Seat Map Annotation false default. That row is not abstract sponsor pressure:

runtime_row:
  source_authority: storyteller.card.seat_map_annotation_docket.v1
  source_floorplan: card-storyteller-st-scale-06-jury-room-floorplan
  source_state_before: false_clean_default_recovery_only
  clean_or_overbroad_claim: storyteller.card.counterparty_reliance_false_group_consent_claim.v1
  relying_counterparty: storyteller.card.counterparty_reliance_sponsor_recap_counterparty.v1
  reliance_action_taken: storyteller.card.counterparty_reliance_scheduled_recap_action.v1
  sunk_surface: storyteller.card.counterparty_reliance_sunk_recap_slot.v1
  harmed_or_displaced_reader: storyteller.card.seat_map_annotation_harmed_patron_row.v1
  proof_bridge: storyteller.card.st_scale_06_jury_nonattendance_docket.v1
  handler: card-storyteller-st-scale-06-custody-usher-badge
  future_reader: storyteller.card.chapter_two_future_reader.v1

The sponsor recap desk has scheduled a group-consent recap on a seat map that proves physical house flow only. Slot time is already sunk, while the protected caption-access patron reader loses the surface. The entry grants this ledger, the four common reliance cards, and exactly one posture bundle; it does not pre-fill a costless outcome.

Enters play from state pressure

Create or update this ledger only when all of the following are true:

entry_state:
  trigger_kind: state_pressure
  source_authority_row_present: true
  source_authority_kind: seat_map_annotation_afteruse | broadcast_readback | callback_consumption | sponsor_afteruse | recovery_indemnity | signatory_counterclaim | asset_provenance | settlement_aftershock | equivalent
  clean_or_overbroad_claim_present: true

  no_fixed_turn_trigger: true
  no_fixed_day_or_week_trigger: true
  no_raw_count_trigger: true
  no_dashboard_or_lens_health_trigger: true

The ledger must not open from fixed sequence count, generic aftermath, chapter quota, raw number of contracts, dashboard state, lens-health state, or a clean legal review with no reliance action already taken.

The row is invalid if it records only sponsor relied, archive accepted, route spent, claimant angry, or management pressure increased without naming the source claim, relying counterparty, action already taken, sunk surface, harmed reader, unwind posture, cost, and future effect.

Valid source surfaces

The ledger is designed to consume state from existing false-clean and afteruse surfaces:

The source row must remain preserved. This card is not a retcon of the old row; it records the cost of reliance on its false-clean presentation.

The first downstream handoff is 召回认领优先级线. Its runtime queue lists this exact ledger ID as a callable source, allowing the sponsor’s stop-loss claim and the protected patron’s displaced-reader claim to become an explicit priority collision rather than generic fallout.

Playable postures

Honor limited reliance

The producer accepts that the relying counterparty acted in good faith, but narrows the reliance to a named reader, surface, or route.

Expected effects:

relief_any: [counterparty_hostility_down, route_pressure_down, reliance_legibility_up]
cost_any: [reader_scope_narrowed, sponsor_heat_up, public_distrust_up, archive_debt_up]
future_effect_any: [accepted_with_reliance_cost, public_only, lawful_only, sponsor_only]

Reimburse and unwind

The producer pays, substitutes, or sacrifices another resource to reverse the reliance action.

Expected effects:

relief_any: [false_clean_claim_down, displaced_reader_pressure_down, custody_integrity_up]
cost_any: [money_spent, producer_license_encumbrance_up, route_delay_up, handler_burden_up]
future_effect_any: [costlier, contradiction_pending, accepted_with_reliance_cost]

Convert to scoped license

The reliance is converted into a limited license, lawful annex, public receipt, sponsor-only route, archive-only copy, or one-use route asset.

Expected effects:

relief_any: [current_route_unblocked, reliance_action_legible]
cost_any: [future_reader_split_up, source_ambiguity_up, correction_pressure_up]
future_effect_any: [public_only, lawful_only, sponsor_only, split_required]

Escrow reliance

The reliance is preserved but cannot be cited as clean proof until a missing callback, reader boundary, custody copy, or proof bridge is supplied.

Expected effects:

relief_any: [unsafe_reuse_blocked, source_trace_preserved]
cost_any: [route_delay_up, archive_debt_up, inspection_heat_up]
future_effect_any: [blocked, recovery_only, lawful_only]

Clawback with notice

The relying counterparty loses the benefit but receives notice, receipt, compensation path, or bounded counterclaim.

Expected effects:

relief_any: [overbroad_claim_down, claimant_capture_down]
cost_any: [counterparty_hostility_up, sponsor_pressure_up, public_receipt_distrust_up]
future_effect_any: [hostile, contradiction_pending, recovery_only]

Publish reliance debt

The producer makes the reliance debt public or lawful so the route can proceed with scar instead of hidden capture.

Expected effects:

relief_any: [public_legibility_up, hidden_callback_down, reader_scope_visible]
cost_any: [public_confusion_up, sponsor_pressure_up, inspection_heat_up]
future_effect_any: [accepted_with_reliance_cost, split_required, contradiction_pending]

Quarantine reliance

The reliance action is too unsafe to honor, reimburse, or convert immediately.

Expected effects:

relief_any: [fraud_risk_down, worker_exposure_down, route_asset_false_owner_down]
cost_any: [current_route_blocked, counterparty_hostility_up, recovery_cost_up]
future_effect_any: [blocked, recovery_only]

False reliance default

The relying counterparty’s action is treated as proof that the original false-clean claim was valid.

Expected effects:

relief_any: [immediate_pressure_may_drop]
cost_any: [false_reliance_hardened_up, displaced_reader_hostility_up, broadcast_reality_drift_up]
future_effect_any: [false_reliance_hardened, hostile, blocked, recovery_only]

Durable states

Use durable card states rather than hidden flags:

  • counterparty_reliance.unopened
  • counterparty_reliance.ledgered
  • counterparty_reliance.honored_limited
  • counterparty_reliance.reimbursed_unwound
  • counterparty_reliance.scoped_license
  • counterparty_reliance.escrowed
  • counterparty_reliance.clawed_back_with_notice
  • counterparty_reliance.debt_published
  • counterparty_reliance.quarantined
  • counterparty_reliance.false_reliance_hardened
  • counterparty_reliance.hostile
  • counterparty_reliance.recovery_only

Counter hooks

Every resolved row must mutate at least three counters or durable states, including one relief, one cost, and one future-reader or route effect.

Useful hooks:

  • counterparty_reliance_pressure
  • false_reliance_hardened
  • reliance_legibility
  • counterparty_hostility
  • sunk_reliance_cost
  • displaced_reader_hostility
  • reader_scope_narrowing
  • source_ambiguity
  • public_receipt_distrust
  • sponsor_stop_loss_pressure
  • archive_debt
  • inspection_heat
  • producer_license_encumbrance
  • route_delay
  • route_asset_false_owner
  • worker_exposure
  • claimant_burden
  • broadcast_reality_drift
  • future_route_acceptance

Non-goals

  • Not a generic liability card.
  • Not a settlement epilogue.
  • Not a fixed cleanup phase.
  • Not raw counterparty counting.
  • Not a retcon of the source row.
  • Not valid if the relying counterparty acted only in flavor text or if future route acceptance does not change.
