Recall Claim Priority Lens / 召回认领优先级 Lens

This lens observes whether 召回认领优先级线 and 召回认领优先级机制 correctly turn a callable liability, recall, default, or reliance scar into multi-claimant management pressure.

The satisfied mesh already prevents clean first-order stabilization. 稳定化责任交接线 makes scoped success leave a carrier and maturity trigger. 相对方信赖撤回线 makes sunk reliance visible. 稳定化债务召回 and 责任追缴违约 make those scars callable.

This lens guards the next seam: when several claimants call the same limited surface, the first answer must not erase the others.

Observable promise

A passing implementation proves that a sponsor clawback, inspector remand, fan refund, archive seal, editor checksum, artist refusal, witness protection, worker carrier, route claimant, or public reader cannot consume a shared liability surface as clean universal closure.

The queue must name:

  • the callable source;
  • the constrained shared carrier, collateral, proof, route asset, public bond, lane, or explicit absence;
  • at least two non-equivalent call rows;
  • the relief and cost of satisfying each row first;
  • the deferred consequence and hardening risk for each row;
  • proof anchor or explicit absence;
  • handler or explicit absence;
  • selected priority or restructuring posture;
  • deferred claimant states;
  • downstream surface and future route effect.

  no_fixed_turn_trigger: true
  no_fixed_day_or_week_trigger: true
  no_raw_count_trigger: true
  no_dashboard_or_lens_health_trigger: true

The lens fails if entry comes from generic sponsor anger, generic fan pressure, generic legal review, fixed timing, raw count, dashboard state, lens health, or a single claimant with no shared constrained surface.

Claim row oracle

Each queue row must provide a playable ordering contract:

claim_row_required:
  row_id: <stable id>
  source_ticket_or_reliance_row: <ticket row, recall event, call default, or reliance ledger row>
  claimant: sponsor | inspector | archive | editor | fan_public | artist | witness | pirate | lawful_reader | public_reader | route_claimant | worker | management | broadcast_reality | equivalent
  claim_kind: clawback | remand | refund | seizure | correction | checksum_reopen | callback_call | witness_protection | route_asset_rescue | public_answer | recourse_call | equivalent
  demanded_surface: money | slot | proof_object | public_receipt | fan_oxygen | legal_seal | route_asset | edit_capacity | handler_time | archive_copy | callback_carrier | facility_room | public_version | equivalent
  relief_if_first: <relief>
  cost_if_first: <cost>
  consequence_if_deferred: stay | hostility | injunction | refund_escalation | route_capture | witness_exposure | distrust | contradiction_pending | recovery_only | equivalent
  hardening_if_ignored: false_owner | public_only | lawful_only | sponsor_only | hostile | captured | blocked | recovery_only | contradiction_pending | equivalent
  proof_anchor_or_absence: <proof or explicit_absence>
  handler_or_absence: <handler or explicit_absence>

The lens fails if claim rows contain only claimant names, mood pressure, money pressure, or generic difficulty.

Shared surface oracle

All rows must point to one constrained surface, or to an explicit absence that is itself the playable constraint.

Valid shared surfaces include:

  • sponsor escrow;
  • inspector surety;
  • public bond;
  • fan refund pool;
  • edit checksum;
  • lawful seal;
  • route asset;
  • proof bridge;
  • archive copy;
  • callback carrier;
  • handler time;
  • production lane;
  • facility room;
  • public receipt;
  • explicit absence.

The lens fails if each claimant is resolved against a different resource and no priority conflict exists.

Priority resolution oracle

A satisfying implementation must prove at least six non-equivalent resolution families, including a default or double-call family.

BranchRequired reliefRequired costRequired future effect
Sponsor firststop-loss, cash, package, or slot pressure improvescontract capture, public distrust, fan resentment, lawful suspicionsponsor-only, public audit required, recourse target, recovery-only

Editor/checksum firstslot legibility, continuity, or source coherence improvesedit debt, source ambiguity, archive suspicion, public distrustcontradiction pending, checksum release required, public version costlier
Artist/witness/worker firstconsent, refusal, witness safety, or worker trust improvesschedule pressure, sponsor delay, handler burden, lawful costunlocked with protection, delayed, hostile claimant possible
Consolidate or split tendertwo calls avoid immediate hostilitydrift, ambiguity, proof-maintenance burden, correction costsplit required, public/lawful fork, later conversion required

Refuse or double-call defaultshort-term burden may dropsame surface promised twice or hidden claimant hardensdefault, hostile, captured, blocked, false priority, recovery-only

No branch may produce clean acceptance across sponsor, inspector, archive, editor, fan public, witness, artist, worker, route asset, management, and broadcast reality readers.

Assignment oracle

A priority hearing or equivalent assignment extension must require:

assignment_required:
  callable_source: <ticket, recall, call default, reliance ledger, or equivalent>
  shared_surface: <carrier, collateral, proof, route asset, lane, public bond, or explicit_absence>
  claim_rows:
    - <row id>
    - <row id>
  selected_priority: sponsor_first | inspector_archive_first | public_fan_first | editor_checksum_first | artist_witness_worker_first | consolidate | split_tender | substitute_collateral | stay_with_notice | subordinate | refuse_or_double_call
  first_satisfied_claimant: <claimant>
  proof_anchor_or_absence: <proof or explicit_absence>
  handler_or_absence: <handler or explicit_absence>
  accepted_cost_surface_or_absence: <cost or explicit_absence>
  deferred_claimant_states:
    - claimant: <claimant>
      state_after: stayed | subordinated | hostile | captured | public_only | lawful_only | sponsor_only | contradiction_pending | blocked | recovery_only
  future_route_effect: <effect>

A famous handler, sponsor money, lawful language, public sympathy, edit checksum, or broadcast reality cannot satisfy the lens unless the queue fields remain visible.

Default oracle

责任追缴违约 or 稳定化债务召回 must fire or be armed when:

  • the same surface is promised to incompatible claimants;
  • a deferred claimant is hidden;
  • substitute collateral is fake, absent, exhausted, seized, or unnamed;
  • first satisfaction is treated as proof that all calls were cleanly resolved;
  • proof anchor or handler absence is hidden;
  • one claimant is silently converted into generic pressure;
  • future route effect remains possible but unrecorded.

Required default payload:

default_required:
  source_id: <source>
  shared_surface: <surface or explicit_absence>
  first_claimant_or_absence: <claimant or explicit_absence>
  hidden_or_double_called_claimants:
    - <claimant>
  false_priority_claim: <claim>
  default_state_after: double_called_default | false_priority | hostile | captured | blocked | recovery_only | contradiction_pending
  future_route_effect: <effect>

The lens fails if default only lowers money, creates bad mood, or displays a warning without claimant and future-state mutation.

Downstream consumption oracle

At least one later surface must consume the queue result:

  • 稳定化责任票据 changes handoff or future route effect;
  • 责任承保账本 changes guarantor or collateral state;
  • 相对方信赖账本 changes relying counterparty or displaced reader state;
  • 认领告知案卷 records notice advantage or excluded claimant scar;
  • 认领撞锁案卷 changes route asset custody;
  • 失败态裁定案卷 receives unresolved queue rows as failure claims;
  • a route asset, proof object, public receipt, archive copy, handler lane, worker/witness state, or broadcast reality state becomes costlier, blocked, captured, hostile, public-only, lawful-only, sponsor-only, split-required, or recovery-only.

If the queue exists only inside one scene and never changes future play, the lens is incomplete.

Progress metric

Progress is measured by branch observability, not page count.

  • 20%: callable source and shared constrained surface are visible.
  • 40%: at least two call rows record claimant, demand, relief, cost, deferred consequence, hardening risk, proof, and handler.
  • 60%: the player can select priority, consolidation, split, substitution, stay, subordination, or refusal.
  • 80%: deferred claimants persist as durable scars and branch outcomes diverge.
  • 100%: a downstream surface consumes the queue result with seed/session evidence and no clean universal closure.

Non-goals

  • Not a raw lens-count increase.
  • Not bulk filler.
  • Not fixed timing.
  • Not a generic legal or finance priority table.
  • Not an ending-only fork.
  • Not a replacement for stabilization handoff, counterparty reliance, claimant briefing, claimant collision, failure arbitration, underwriting, or route custody.
  • Not valid with fewer than two claimant rows.
  • Not valid if deferred claimants vanish after the first claimant is satisfied.
