Crisis Ledger Reconciliation Docket / 危机台账对表案卷

Crisis Ledger Reconciliation Docket is the in-world production desk card for moments when one ledger says a crisis is solved while another ledger would be injured by treating that solution as universal.

It exists because the producer can already buy relief through oxygen settlement, schedule authority, public contrition, archive custody, correction slots, sponsor makegood, or aftershock review. The missing playable object is the conversion row: what exactly is being moved from one ledger to another, who accepts that conversion, who is omitted, and what residual debt remains.

This is not a dashboard governance artifact. It is a playable card on the producer desk: a docket that can be assigned, withheld, split, pawned, published, quarantined, or allowed to breach.

Creation trigger

Create or update this card when all of the following are true:

  1. at least two live ledgers disagree about the same crisis surface;
  2. one ledger offers visible relief while another ledger would inherit cost, exclusion, distrust, capture, or missed availability;
  3. a source object exists or is explicitly absent: slot contract, oxygen claim row, archive docket, public contrition statement, correction slot row, settlement aftershock row, route asset, fan receipt, sponsor clause, or blackout scar;
  4. a target use is being attempted: air as public reality, count as lawful proof, refund fans, satisfy sponsor, protect archive custody, recover a route asset, stabilize audience, or delay schedule pressure;
  5. a handler or explicit no-show can be recorded.

The docket opens from ledger mismatch. It is never created from a fixed sequence number, page count, or lens-health state.

Core row states

StateMeaningRequired playable consequence
mismatch_openTwo or more ledgers disagree about whether relief is transferable.A reconciliation review, quarantine, split, pawn, publish, or default must be available.
assignedHandler, proof anchor, target reader, and omitted claimant are recorded.Resolution can mutate both source and target ledgers.
converted_with_residualRelief is accepted for the target use, but residual debt remains visible.One target pressure improves; at least one source or omitted-claimant pressure rises.
splitThe same crisis receives separate public/lawful/sponsor/fan/archive/route readings.Later branches consume narrowed reader states and contradiction pressure.
publishedThe mismatch is made public instead of hidden.Public legitimacy may rise; sponsor, inspector, schedule, or route pressure rises.
quarantinedThe player refuses to treat partial relief as universal.Fraud or capture falls; schedule, audience, sponsor, or fan cost rises.
pawnedA claimant carries the mismatch in exchange for immediate relief.Short-term pressure falls; capture, debt, or hostile claimant state rises.
suppressedThe player hides the mismatch or omits the harmed reader.A breach event is armed and future clean use becomes suspect.
breachedThe false conversion becomes visible.Later availability, legality, public trust, or custody state changes.
hardenedThe mismatch becomes route law because it was ignored too long in state terms.Recovery requires counterproof, public admission, route sacrifice, or costly split.

Conversion families

Schedule relief used as public legitimacy

A slot contract, preemption receipt, correction slot, or schedule release is treated as if the public has forgiven the crisis.

Required residual:

  • schedule_pressure or slot_authority_clarity may improve;
  • public_receipt_distrust, fan_oxygen_resentment, artist_trust_loss, or contradiction_pending must remain visible unless public proof is attached.

Oxygen relief used as archive or lawful proof

A fan refund, sponsor oxygen escrow, or public oxygen row is treated as if archive custody is solved.

Required residual:

  • fan_oxygen_balance or audience_stability may improve;
  • archive_debt, custody_gap, inspection_heat, or proof_inadmissible must remain visible unless an archive or lawful anchor is assigned.

Archive seal used as audience repair

An archive seal, inspector hold, white-glove stamp, or custody copy is treated as if the audience accepts the story.

Required residual:

  • archive_signature_legitimacy, custody_clarity, or reality_drift may improve;
  • audience_churn, public_receipt_distrust, fan_oxygen_resentment, or schedule_pressure must remain visible unless public receipt is created.

Sponsor money, replacement inventory, naming-right relief, or quiet settlement is treated as if a character/route asset has been made whole.

Required residual:

  • sponsor_stop_loss_pressure, budget_strain, or immediate slot pressure may improve;
  • contract_capture, route_asset_pressure, artist_boundary_pressure, fan_oxygen_resentment, or public_receipt_distrust must remain visible.

A statement, apology, refusal, fan receipt, or source release is treated as lawful clearance.

Required residual:

  • public_receipt_legitimacy, artist_trust, or audience stability may improve;
  • inspection_heat, legal_liability, bureau_favor_debt, or archive_fraud must remain visible unless lawful proof is attached.

Assignment affordances

The docket can be assigned as:

  • a source object proving that relief exists but is not transferable for free;
  • a management desk card that forces the player to choose conversion posture;
  • a proof of omitted claimant or incompatible reader;
  • a route-asset scar when false conversion makes a character, witness, fan queue, sponsor, archive, or editor hostile;
  • a future evidence bridge for aftershock, correction, or custody review.

Non-goals

  • Not a global economy.
  • Not a generic dashboard KPI.
  • Not a fixed sequence trigger.
  • Not a way to erase prior debt by renaming it.
  • Not a replacement for oxygen claim exchange, schedule contracts, public contrition, archive custody, or settlement aftershock; it records when one of those surfaces is being used to satisfy another.
  • Not satisfied by a single green counter; source relief, target use, omitted claimant, proof anchor, conversion posture, residual debt, and future effect must all be observable.
