Crisis Ledger Reconciliation Review / 危机台账对表复核
Crisis Ledger Reconciliation Review is the assignable management rite that resolves a row on 危机台账对表案卷.
The rite is offered when the producer tries to make one pressure ledger pay for another: schedule relief as public legitimacy, fan oxygen as archive proof, archive seal as audience repair, sponsor makegood as route recovery, or public contrition as legal clearance.
The review does not ask whether the first branch was good. It asks whether the relief can legally, publicly, emotionally, or operationally travel to a new reader without leaving a visible residual.
Offer conditions
Offer this rite when all conditions are true:
- a reconciliation docket row is
mismatch_open,suppressed,pawned, orhardenedbut not discharged; - the row names source ledger, source relief, source debt, target use, target reader, incompatible reader or omitted claimant, and proof anchor or explicit absence;
- at least one handler, claimant, route asset, proof carrier, or deliberate no-show can be assigned;
- at least one conversion posture is available: convert with receipt, split readers, publish mismatch, quarantine mismatch, pawn to claimant, or suppress/default;
- the outcome can mutate at least one target pressure, one residual debt, and one future route/reader state.
This rite is state-triggered. It is not scheduled by a fixed sequence number or wiki/lens health.

Branches
Branch A — Convert with receipt
The player assigns a credible handler and proof anchor, then accepts that relief can travel to the target reader only with a residual row.
Expected outcomes:
row_state = converted_with_residual;- target pressure improves:
target_legitimacy +1,slot_release +1,fan_refund_legibility +1,archive_signature_legitimacy +1, or equivalent; - residual cost rises:
residual_debt +1,inspection_heat +1,public_receipt_distrust +1,route_asset_pressure +1, or equivalent; - future reader consumes a narrowed or scarred success, not a clean universal success.
Branch B — Split readers
The player separates public, lawful, sponsor, fan, archive, editor, and route readers instead of forcing one reading.
Expected outcomes:
row_state = split;- private capture or false universal use falls;
source_ambiguity,schedule_pressure,handler_burden,future_correction_cost, orcontradiction_pendingrises;- future route becomes public-only, lawful-only, sponsor-only, fan-only, archive-only, route-only, or split-canon.
Branch C — Publish mismatch
The player exposes the mismatch so public legitimacy can be built from knowing the conversion is partial.
Expected outcomes:
row_state = published;public_receipt_legitimacy,artist_trust,fan_oxygen_balance, orprivate_capture_blockedimproves;sponsor_stop_loss_pressure,inspection_heat,schedule_pressure,witness_exposure, orroute_asset_pressurerises;- omitted claimant can retaliate later.
Branch D — Quarantine mismatch
The player refuses to treat partial relief as transferable until the missing proof, reader, or claimant is handled.
Expected outcomes:
row_state = quarantined;archive_fraud,false_clean_slot_use,reality_drift,false_settlement_owner, orcontract_capturefalls;audience_churn,schedule_pressure,sponsor_stop_loss_pressure,fan_oxygen_resentment, orroute_delayrises;- future use requires addendum, public receipt, lawful seal, or counterproof.
Branch E — Pawn to claimant
The player lets a claimant carry the mismatch in exchange for immediate relief.
Expected outcomes:
row_state = pawned;- immediate sponsor, schedule, oxygen, archive, or audience pressure may improve;
contract_capture,bureau_favor_debt,fan_oxygen_resentment,public_receipt_distrust,route_asset_capture, orfuture_recovery_costrises;- the pawned claimant gains future narration right.
Branch F — Suppress or default
The player hides the omitted reader, lacks proof, assigns no handler, or spends a source relief as if it were universal.
Expected outcomes:
row_state = suppressed,breached, orhardened;- a mismatch breach event is fired or armed by state;
- at least one future route becomes blocked, hostile, captured, costlier, contradiction-pending, or recovery-only;
- a false conversion cannot remain invisible.
Resolution contract
Every resolution must write back to the docket:
resolution:
row_state_before: <state>
row_state_after: <state>
selected_handler: <actor or absence>
proof_anchor_used: <anchor or absence>
conversion_posture: <posture>
target_reader_result: <relief or refusal>
residual_debt_destination: <claimant or none>
future_route_effect: clean_with_residual | public_only | lawful_only | sponsor_only | fan_only | archive_only | split_canon | captured | blocked | hostile | recovery_only | contradiction_pending
counter_deltas:
relief: [<at least one>]
cost: [<at least one>]
future: [<at least one>]A review succeeds only if relief and cost both remain legible.
Non-goals
- Not a free conversion button.
- Not a bookkeeping-only screen.
- Not a fixed sequence beat.
- Not a generic legal review.
- Not a replacement for the source mechanism that created relief; this rite only decides whether that relief can travel to a new reader.
- Not valid unless the omitted or incompatible reader remains visible.
