Cutroom Priority Docket / 剪辑室优先案卷

Cutroom Priority Docket is the card that makes edit-room scarcity visible when multiple scarred versions all demand the next cut.

The existing mesh already has broad crisis triage through 制作分诊台, character-level edit custody through Han Cutroom Storyline, and terminal consequence inheritance through 结局伤痕账本线. This card sits between them. It records which contested version is asking for edit attention, which claimant wants priority, which proof carrier would be cut into the broadcast, and what defaults if the player leaves the queue unresolved.

It is invalid as a generic task list. Each row must be a playable edit conflict with a route effect.

Card promise

A valid docket row names:

  • the cut object: public scar, private clean patch, split copy, recovery-only repair, black-box insert, proxy testimony, sponsor replacement, or refusal marker;
  • the claimant asking for priority;
  • the claimant harmed by priority;
  • the edit lane, editor, proof carrier, or explicit absence;
  • the default version that hardens if the row is ignored;
  • the ending, route asset, proxy, stabilization, or production state that changes after the queue resolves.

The card fails its design purpose if it only stores urgency, total pressure, deadline text, or a fixed numbered turn.

State-triggered creation

Create or update this card when all of the following are true:

  1. at least two live objects require cutroom attention;
  2. at least one object already carries a visible scar, contradiction, claimant collision, proxy posture, stabilization ticket, or ending eligibility mutation;
  3. the same editor, edit lane, checksum authority, source copy, or legal cut window cannot safely serve every object;
  4. ignoring one object would harden a default version rather than merely delay flavor text.

No row may be created because a numbered turn has arrived.

Valid row families

Public scar row

A public receipt, fan oath, witness testimony, historian fragment, or pirate relay wants edit priority.

Relief:

  • private clean capture is blocked or costlier;
  • public legitimacy, fan oxygen balance, or scar visibility improves.

Cost:

  • sponsor stop-loss pressure, witness exposure, inspection heat, or black-box contradiction rises.

Private clean row

Sponsor, inspector, archive, or editor custody wants a clean or lawful cut.

Relief:

  • slot stability, lawful admissibility, or sponsor default pressure improves.

Cost:

  • public route, artist refusal, proxy testimony, or split copy becomes harmed, delayed, captured, or recovery-only.

Split copy row

Two incompatible carriers both have proof value.

Relief:

  • false-owner pressure drops;
  • exclusive ownership is blocked.

Cost:

  • source ambiguity, archive debt, reality drift, or public distrust remains armed.

Recovery repair row

A scarred object cannot become clean, but it can remain repairable.

Relief:

  • recovery-only route stays alive;
  • a lost route asset, hostile proxy, or black-box contradiction remains callable.

Cost:

  • clean terminal closure is blocked or more expensive.

Assignment hooks

The docket can be assigned with:

Invalid uses

The docket is invalid if it:

  • opens from a fixed numbered turn;
  • lets every queued version resolve cleanly with one editor assignment;
  • omits the harmed claimant;
  • delays a row without naming the default that hardens;
  • treats the edit lane as infinite;
  • moves ending eligibility without linking to a scar, proof carrier, proxy row, or route asset;
  • makes Han, Baiya, Yu Lan, Shen Luo, inspector, sponsor, or archive help for free with no future debt.

Non-goals

  • Not a turn timer.
  • Not a bulk content checklist.
  • Not a generic project-management board.
  • Not a second copy of the broad production triage desk.
  • Not a clean way to satisfy public, sponsor, archive, inspector, artist, witness, and editor claims at once.
