Glass Newcomer Liability Docket is the playable proof/liability card for Mu Ning when a saint-facing broadcast tries to use her as a substitute body, voice, or public promise.

It belongs to 替代圣女责任. The card is not evidence by itself; it is the management object that records who is trying to make the substitution enforceable and what protection remains available.

Card role

• Kind: proof / liability / route-asset custody card.
• Primary holder: production desk, inspector desk, sponsor desk, editor custody, or public witness chain.
• Playable pressure: can protect Mu Ning, sell her as a replacement saint, expose coercion, quarantine the docket, or harden the substitute identity.
• Route risk: misuse can make her recruit route missed, hostile, captured, or legally bound to a public identity she did not choose.

The card fails its readback purpose if a later route can cite the substitute identity without candidate state, claimant surfaces, proof or absence, selected posture, and future effect.

When it enters play

Create or reveal this card when all of the following are true:

1. a broadcast-facing crisis needs a clean substitute surface;
2. Mu Ning can plausibly be named, sampled, drafted, protected, or disappeared;
3. at least one claimant has leverage from Broadcast Reality, Broadcast Slot Contracts, sponsor pressure, inspector pressure, or saint continuity;
4. the player has at least one meaningful choice other than acceptance: protection, public witness, quarantine, or refusal.

Branch use

Protective use

Assign the docket with a protective handler and authority.

Expected output: protected_route_asset or protection_pending; protected_newcomer_status +1; one cost rises among schedule_slots_occupied, inspection_heat, sponsor_stop_loss_pressure, or saint_continuity_gap.

Sponsor use

Assign the docket to sponsor or schedule packaging.

Expected output: sponsor_substitution_contract; one immediate public or sponsor pressure falls; muning_fracture, contract_capture, public_receipt_distrust, or glass_sample_debt rises.

Public witness use

Assign the docket with public proof, fan receipt, editor source chain, or unauthorized witness.

Expected output: public_coercion_witness; public_receipt_legitimacy +1 or anti_sacrifice_route_pressure +1; sponsor, inspector, schedule, or relay risk rises.

Quarantine use

Assign inspector, archive, or custody seal to prevent the docket from becoming enforceable.

Expected output: protection_pending or identity_hardened -1; archive_signature_legitimacy +1 or custody_gap -1; inspection, archive, or schedule cost rises.

Default / misuse

If the docket is ignored, hidden, or used as clean consent, the substitute identity can harden.

Expected output: glass_sample_extracted, identity_hardened, or window_lost; Mu Ning’s recruitability becomes expensive, hostile, or unavailable.
