This ledger is the playable surface for using a previous Iris Vale memorial voice probate result again. The first probate decides whether Iris Vale’s voice may exist under a boundary; this ledger records whether a later broadcast, sponsor package, cutroom patch, fan vigil, archive proof, or route asset citation is still inside that boundary.

The card exists because a probate result is not a permanent universal license. A lawful memorial row can fail as public grief. A public vigil row can fail as sponsor copy. A checksum row can fail as lawful custody. A sponsor legacy row can become false ownership when it is quoted outside its package.
