This rite resolves Iris Vale 验讫后用引证账本. It asks whether a previous Iris memorial voice probate row can be cited for a later use without pretending the first boundary was universal.

The rite is not a second probate hearing. It compares one existing row against one new request, then chooses whether to cite strictly, add a rider, split correction surfaces, continue quarantine, or record breach.

Resolution rule

A branch is valid only when the result records:

  1. the source probate row;
  2. the prior boundary;
  3. the new use;
  4. the new reader;
  5. the acknowledgement surface or explicit absence;
  6. one relief, one cost, and one future reader or route effect for every non-default success;
  7. a breach event or durable scar when the row is outside scope.
