Metric Capture Appeal Docket / 指标捕获申诉案卷

Metric Capture Appeal Docket is the visible card for reopening a captured management metric after 指标捕获默认 has made a false-clean report useful to a later route.

The card is not a correction note. It records what management counted, what debt was hidden, who is allowed to challenge it, which channel can hear the appeal, and which future reader will accept or punish the answer.

Appeal claimants

Producer or comptroller

A producer-license surface, 纪衡, or equivalent reviewer argues that management counted the same relief twice or hid the debt that made the relief possible.

Public receipt claimant

A fan-public, historian, oxygen ledger, or public table challenges the report because the false-clean metric erased who paid the cost.

Lawful reader

Inspector, archive, or legal bench challenges the report because liability, custody, quote, or route asset use now depends on a hidden debt.

Sponsor confession, side letter, release, or contract sacrifice can correct the report, but only if discoverability remains visible.

Crew, quote, or route-asset carrier

A crew witness, quote carrier, or route-asset holder challenges the report because the metric treated a person, object, or price as cleanly recovered when it was still scarred.

Invalid states

The card is invalid when:

  • no captured report is named;
  • no hidden debt is named;
  • no future reader can use or reject the appealed result;
  • appeal proof, channel, handler, or explicit absence is hidden;
  • a sponsor payment deletes discoverability;
  • a lawful appeal makes the metric clean without cost;
  • a public correction restores trust without exposure, retaliation, or slot cost.

Non-goals

  • Not a generic apology card.
  • Not a dashboard governance object.
  • Not a fixed review phase.
  • Not a way to erase management failure for free.
  • Not valid unless captured metric, hidden debt, claimant, proof/channel/handler slots, retaliation shield, and future reader are visible.
