Metric Capture Appeal Hearing / 指标捕获申诉听证

Metric Capture Appeal Hearing resolves a 指标捕获申诉案卷. It lets the player challenge a captured false-clean metric, but only by naming proof, channel, handler, future reader, and retaliation exposure.

The rite cannot restore a clean pre-default state. It can recode, scar, split, quarantine, or harden the metric.

A branch cannot pass if money, authority, public outrage, or a famous character resolves the appeal without filling these slots or recording explicit absence.

The player publishes a correction table that names hidden debt and attaches it to the future reader.

Branch B — Lawful appeal

The player makes the false-clean report answerable to inspector, archive, producer-license, or lawful hearing.

Blocking rules

The rite blocks or defaults if:

• captured report is absent;
• hidden debt is absent;
• future reader is absent;
• proof/channel/handler absence is hidden;
• sponsor confession has no release record;
• public correction has no protected carrier;
• lawful appeal has no hearing reader;
• route asset quarantine does not change availability;
• split metric is treated as universal acceptance.

Non-goals

• Not a generic review meeting.
• Not a correction flavor choice.
• Not a fixed management phase.
• Not a free way to erase 指标捕获默认.
• Not valid if the appeal does not change report state, hidden-debt legibility, future reader acceptance, and durable cost.
