This docket records the character-state layer above the P3 mirror-rose knife tape-label row. It does not replace Prop Table Tape Label Docket. The source docket says what the label can prove; this row says whether Nera is available, protected, captured, hostile, missed, injured, absent, or represented only by a posthumous log when a later reader asks for her authority.

• person-state into physical condition;
• living testimony into dead_record_only;
• the P3 tape label into blanket safety or performer consent;
• sponsor authenticity into archive custody;
• a recruited route asset into unlimited prop authority;
• suppression into ordinary absence;
• a missed state into a hostile state without recording the branch.
