Oxygen Audit Standing Docket / 呼吸审计资格案卷

Oxygen Audit Standing Docket is the player-facing card for the moment an oxygen audit result is about to be used by somebody other than the public, witness, district queue, or contract row that gave it authority.

It prevents a common false-clean shortcut: an audit passed somewhere, therefore sponsor copy, fan consent, refund foreclosure, broadcast custody, and route access can all cite it.

Card promise

When an audit result is reused, transferred, quoted, sold, or attached to a route asset, this card must name:

  • which audit or oxygen row produced the authority;
  • who originally had standing;
  • who wants to use that standing now;
  • which public, sponsor, archive, artist, inspector, or route reader is excluded;
  • what proof anchor makes the transfer lawful, public, sponsor-only, or contested;
  • what future route effect follows if the transfer is approved, narrowed, refused, or left unreviewed.

The card fails if it records only audit passed, oxygen debt reduced, fan accepted, sponsor satisfied, or public stable.

Table use

Place this card beside oxygen, sponsor, route-asset, and broadcast custody rows. It is not a new global counter. It is a standing receipt: the audit result may be true, but the card decides who is allowed to make it mean something later.
