Oxygen Audit Standing Transfer / 呼吸审计资格移送线

Oxygen Audit Standing Transfer is the storyline for a dangerous success state: an oxygen audit or oxygen receipt has become credible enough that another reader wants to reuse it.

The player is not asked whether the audit is true. The player is asked who has standing to make the audit mean something later.

Gap this storyline fills

The current mesh already covers oxygen debt, fan/public ledger cells, sponsor copy warranties, refund/collar outcomes, and broadcast reality drift. Those systems make local truth durable, but they leave a cross-reader seam: after an audit succeeds, a sponsor, archive, inspector, refund desk, route asset, or management report may try to cite that success as if it were universal permission.

Without this storyline, the implementation can silently collapse several different statements into one:

• a district queue accepted an oxygen audit;
• therefore sponsor copy may say relief was sufficient;
• therefore a refund or clawback may close;
• therefore a route asset may be released;
• therefore broadcast reality may count stability as clean.

This storyline makes that transfer playable.

Primary playable question

When an oxygen audit result is reused by a later reader, does the producer scope the transfer, publish countercopy, seal a lawful annex, refuse standing, quarantine proof, split standing across readers, or let a capturing reader file the audit as clean authority?

Every answer must change both standing state and future route effect.

Valid triggers include a sponsor line citing an oxygen audit, a refund desk closing against a fan public, a route asset asking for release from an audit receipt, management converting relief into clean yield, archive sealing public oxygen proof, or broadcast reality treating local audit success as global stability.

Storyline spine

Beat 1 — A local audit becomes tempting evidence

An oxygen audit, fan oxygen receipt, witness mandate, refund collar, or public receipt has local credibility. A later system wants to use that result outside its original holder.

Beat 2 — The docket names the transfer

Create 呼吸审计资格案卷. The docket must name source audit row, original standing holder, requested reader, requested transfer posture, excluded reader, proof anchor, mandate state, and future route effect.

Beat 3 — The review resolves standing

Run 呼吸审计资格复核. The player chooses one of seven postures:

• scope transfer;
• publish countercopy;
• seal lawful annex;
• refuse standing;
• quarantine proof;
• split standing;
• captured default.

Beat 4 — Future routes inherit narrowed truth

The audit does not become universal proof. It becomes one of these future states:

• accepted with scope;
• public-only;
• lawful-only;
• sponsor-only contested;
• split-required;
• proof-required;
• blocked, costlier, hostile, or recovery-only.

Beat 5 — Capture becomes another story owner

If the player lets reuse happen without review, 呼吸审计资格捕获 fires or arms. The first capturing reader becomes the author of the audit’s meaning until the player pays to reopen standing.

Not Broadcast Reality Drift Audit

播出实在漂移审计 tests drift between broadcast and proof. This storyline decides whose audit proof the broadcast is allowed to cite.

Missability and recovery

This storyline is missed when implementation:

• treats a local audit as universal proof;
• lets sponsor copy cite oxygen relief without standing scope;
• forecloses or rebates fan oxygen without original holder and excluded reader;
• releases a route asset because an audit passed somewhere;
• converts audit success into clean management yield;
• uses fixed turn/day/week, raw oxygen count, raw fan count, dashboard state, or lens health as trigger;
• hides future route effect.

Recovery is allowed only through visible cost: reopen standing, publish countercopy, attach lawful annex, split mandate, add witness proof, quarantine audit, collar refund, require sponsor unwind, or mark the route public-only, lawful-only, sponsor-only contested, costlier, hostile, or recovery-only.
