Phantom Route Rumor Docket / 幻路线传言案卷

Phantom Route Rumor Docket is the card that makes an unrealized route visible as a claimable pressure object.

It appears only when a route that did not happen has a visible exposure source and a future reader trying to use it. The card does not prove the route existed. It records why someone can now pressure production with the possibility that it should have existed.

Card role

• Records one or more phantom route rows.
• Names the source absence and the exposure source.
• Names claimant, requested reader, excluded reader, and proof anchor.
• Allows a later rite to disavow, answer, compensate, quarantine, convert, or let the rumor harden.
• Preserves absence_remains_true unless another canonical content surface explicitly changes it.

The row is invalid if it only says fans are angry, sponsor expects more, or alternate route rumored without source absence, exposure source, claimant, reader, proof anchor or explicit absence, and future effect.

Hand text

The route was never produced. Someone has found enough outline, receipt, cut fragment, or public absence to sell the route as a thing you owed.

Play constraints

The docket may enter hand when:

• a declined offer is later quoted as a broken promise;
• a branch eligibility receipt becomes public expectation;
• a route discontinuance is treated as concealment;
• a loadout manifest leaks an impossible bundle;
• a sponsor line claims a route was delivered because a hint aired;
• fan oxygen ledger cells treat an unavailable path as owed relief;
• an inspector or archive desk asks why the absent route was not preserved;
• broadcast reality drift makes the absence look like an edited-away truth.

The docket must not enter hand from fixed timing, raw rumor count, dashboard status, lens health, or generic popularity loss.
