Playable uses

• Assign him to a custody hearing as the performer/carrier.
• Spend him as a liveness proof anchor for a blackout recovery route.
• Suppress him to lower immediate crowd sync pressure while raising hostile evidence risk.
• Let him defect into fan public or pirate relay if protection, credit, or payment is absent.

Mutation requirements

Any use of the card must mutate at least three state surfaces: one relief, one cost, and one future route acceptance change.

Expected deltas include backbeat_custody_clarity, liveness_trace_admissibility, audience_stability, crowd_sync_pressure, performer_retaliation_risk, pirate_echo_heat, edit_debt, contract_capture, and future_blackout_recovery_cost.

Miss / hostile stance

If the player hides, edits, sells, or ignores the beat without assigning custody, 祁烬 can become a hostile witness or the beat can be captured by another claimant. This must not silently return the audio trace to clean universal usability.
