Observable Promise

Storyteller must prove that a live backbeat remains a custody object before downstream systems consume it. The character lens can prove whether 祁烬 is recruitable, suppressible, hostile, missed, protected, or explicitly absent. This system lens proves that the beat packet itself preserves source surface, custodian, liveness claim, legality class, claimant families, target future use, branch cost, and future route effect.

The lens fails if blackout audio becomes a universal proof token, if editor continuity counts as raw proof, if sponsor sync counts as public truth, or if future play accepts the beat without knowing who held it, who was excluded, and what route cost was paid.

• future reader is lawful-only, archive-only, accepted with cost, or costlier.

Branch C - Editor Mix

Expected evidence:

• continuity, legibility, or black-screen repair improves;
• edit debt, source ambiguity, and future raw-proof cost rise;
• public receipt or lawful proof remains costlier unless original carrier custody is reconciled.

Branch D - Sponsor Sync

Expected evidence:

• sponsor, budget, slot, or stop-loss pressure drops;
• contract capture, fan distrust, public receipt distrust, or musician hostility rises;
• sponsor package may open while public, artist, or lawful route becomes costlier.
