Qian Yan Thermal First-Touch Docket / 钱砚热敏首触案卷

This three-card runtime file stores the narrow evidence that makes Qian Yan playable. It does not store a generic sticker verdict. It preserves who used the counter, who signed, who touched first, what the thermal sample showed, and what remained unresolved when seizure arrived.

Runtime rows

1. Main docket

storyteller.card.qian_yan_thermal_first_touch_docket.v1 is the complete counter record. Its readable fields must keep these facts separate:

Qian Yan	state before, selected branch, state after, retained/lost posture, route-asset posture
Consequence	relief, cost, future-reader effect, recovery-only or hostile scar

The docket fails if it collapses applicant and proxy, first touch and later touch, provenance and temporary license, refusal and consent, or Qian Yan and the anonymous ST-SCALE-11 operator.

2. Touch claimant or explicit absence

storyteller.card.qian_yan_touch_claimant_or_explicit_absence.v1 identifies the person or constituency claiming that the touch was authorized, refused, forced, misattributed, or never witnessed. It must record:

• claimant id and claimant family;
• claimed relationship to applicant, signer, first-touch actor, sticker subject, or future reader;
• acknowledgement, refusal, contest, forced-proxy allegation, or explicit absence;
• proof row or explicit proof absence;
• whether Qian Yan witnessed the claim, only received it, or was absent.

This row cannot convert a claimant into the artist, fan public, archive owner, legal body, or seizure authority.

3. Future reader

storyteller.card.qian_yan_named_future_reader.v1 names the later desk that must consume the scoped result. Valid reader families include Rite 36 seizure review, Rite 37 touch-right waiver, artist-refusal review, memorial-license hearing, archive custody, public/fan receipt, white-glove audit, route-asset assignment, or recovery review.

The future reader must record what it accepts, what it still contests, which claimant or refusal it needs, and which use remains forbidden. It may not treat Qian witnessed the counter as universal license, consent, custody, identity, or touch permission.

Qian Yan state rows

The main docket must support these distinct after-states:

• recruited_thermal_first_touch_counterwitness;
• fan_first_touch_chain_preserved;
• artist_refusal_honored;
• touch_provenance_split_from_temporary_license;
• forced_proxy_recorded_applicant_reopened;
• white_glove_counter_captured;
• hostile_contamination_source;
• sticker_counter_seized_missed.

Only the recruited state may pair with route_asset.qian_yan_temporary_license_counterwitness.

Legacy operator reconciliation

card-storyteller-st-scale-11-memorial-sticker-amnesty-operator is not one of these three rows. It may remain visible as an external generic legacy operator reference, but it cannot replace the main docket, touch claimant, future reader, or exact Qian Yan card. Its generic recruitment never writes Qian Yan state and never grants her route asset.
