Qian Yan Thermal First-Touch Counterwitness / 钱砚热敏首触反证柜员
钱砚 runs the narrowest counter in the archive hall. She does not decide whether a memorial sticker is lawful, whether an artist consented, or whether the archive owns what the sticker reveals. She records the smaller facts those authorities would prefer to compress: which temporary stamp was used, who applied, who signed in the applicant’s place, whose heat revealed the first layer, and who was absent when the sticker box was seized.
Her character lane begins when the source chain has made a thermal first touch contestable. A sticker, stamp ledger, thermal sample, fan signature, refusal receipt, and audit seal can all exist at once while disagreeing about who touched first and why. Qian Yan can become the protected counterwitness to that contradiction, or she can be captured, suppressed, made hostile, or reduced to an anonymous line in the seizure record.
Character promise
Qian Yan owns only four character-facing surfaces:
- thermal first-touch provenance — the first physical touch, its sequence, its readout, and the proof that supports it;
- temporary stamp readback — which provisional stamp was applied and what the stamp did and did not purport to authorize;
- applicant and proxy-signer readback — the named applicant, signer, proxy relationship, forced-signature posture, or explicit absence;
- seizure counterwitness — what Qian Yan saw at the counter before Rite 36 moved the box into white-glove custody.
This is a character-bound evidence role. It is not a generic sticker-amnesty mechanism and it does not make Qian Yan the owner of every sticker counter.
Source position
The source encounter is opened by storyteller-rite-34-sticker-amnesty-window after Rite 31 creates the unlicensed sticker, Rite 32 opens the black-box loop, and Rite 33 creates the artist refusal receipt. Rite 34 must gain the actual card-storyteller-sticker-amnesty-clerk, open her availability, and create the stamp ledger. Rite 35 then creates the thermal sample and a first-touch posture.
The dedicated review is available only while all of the following are true:
- the actual Qian Yan card remains in player custody;
- the sticker-amnesty window and thermal handprint test are complete;
- the source sticker, stamp ledger, thermal sample, fan signature, refusal receipt, and audit seal are present;
- the first-touch review is unresolved;
- Rite 36 has not closed the counter through seizure.
No fixed turn, day, week, relationship threshold, dashboard warning, or raw sticker count may substitute for this evidence state.

Narrow route asset
The dedicated review has eight ordered choices. Choices 0 through 4 retain the actual Qian Yan card. Choices 5 through 7 remove it. Choice 0 alone creates route_asset.qian_yan_temporary_license_counterwitness; merely staffing a sticker counter, holding the stamp ledger, or resolving a generic logistics hearing never creates that asset.
Recruitment is narrow. The route asset may verify the counter’s first-touch and signing provenance in a later hearing. It may not issue a memorial license, consent for a fan or artist, control a voice or archive, decide identity or legal body, seize evidence, or authorize future touching.
Seizure deadline
The natural deadline is storyteller-rite-36-seized-sticker-box-hearing. If Rite 36 occurs while Qian Yan’s review is unresolved, storyteller.event.qian_yan_sticker_counter_seizure_default.v1 records the closed counter, removes Qian Yan, preserves the seizure scar, and makes later recovery more expensive. The miss is not a neutral absence and cannot silently promote the anonymous legacy operator.
If Qian Yan becomes hostile, captured, or missed, later content may recover one scoped provenance row. Recovery cannot cleanly recreate recruitment or erase the capture, suppression, forced-proxy, or seizure state.
ST-SCALE-11 legacy operator reconciliation
card-storyteller-st-scale-11-memorial-sticker-amnesty-operator remains a generic legacy logistics role: an unnamed worker row used by the ST-SCALE-11 intake, hearing, verdict, and enforcement fixtures. It is not an alias for Qian Yan, not a second Qian Yan recruit, and not an alternate way to satisfy the dedicated qian_yan review slot.
The legacy operator can move its own fan_trust, seizure_risk, and archive_signature scale counters. Those changes never create route_asset.qian_yan_temporary_license_counterwitness, never establish Qian Yan’s applicant/proxy readback, and never prove that Qian Yan personally witnessed the first touch or seizure.
Authority boundary
Qian Yan never grants or decides:
- memorial license or memorial-law status;
- artist consent, artist refusal, or fan consent;
- voice custody, archive custody, or archive ownership;
- identity, personhood, death, or legal-body waiver;
- seizure authority or release from seizure;
- universal touch permission or future-use permission.
Her review and default must never mutate memorial_license_status, voice_integrity, archive_signature_legitimacy, or legal_body_pressure.
Existing Oxygen, Archive Custody, Memorial License, Artist Refusal, Memorial Rights, Voice Custody, and Rite 37 Touch Right surfaces retain those adjacent decisions. Qian Yan supplies only a scoped readback row to them.
