Settlement Aftershock Ledger / 和解反震账本
A Settlement Aftershock Ledger is a durable route-asset card created after a custody, reality-drift, memorial, oxygen, or audience-stability dispute appears to have been resolved but still carries unpaid pressure.
It prevents a successful branch from becoming a clean global solve. A sponsor settlement, public receipt, archive seal, editorial patch, fan vigil, or quarantine can all close one crisis while creating aftershock in another surface.
Primary playable use
The player assigns this ledger when a later management action must prove whether the earlier resolution is still holding across fan, sponsor, inspector, editor, archive, and broadcast reality pressure.
It is not a reward card. It is a portable debt-and-relief record.
Creation trigger
Create or update this card when all of the following are true:
- an earlier branch produced a durable resolution such as
sponsor_priority_settlement,editorial_priority_cut,inspector_priority_seal,public_receipt_realign,route_copies_split,quarantined_collision_copy,shared_public_memorial,sponsor_memorial_capture,fan_vigil_contempt, or equivalent; - the resolution changed at least two pressure surfaces;
- at least one relief and at least one debt remain visible;
- a later assignment can still alter route access, counter movement, audience stability, sponsor pressure, inspection heat, edit debt, archive debt, public legitimacy, or fan oxygen resentment.
This card must never be created by a fixed numbered turn. It is created from resolved-but-not-paid state.

Assignment affordances
The ledger can be assigned to later management actions as:
- proof that a prior settlement exists and cannot be ignored;
- a cost object that spends earlier relief to contain a new breach;
- a claimant object that lets fans, sponsors, inspectors, editors, or archive desks reopen the route;
- an anchor for multi-session dashboard evidence showing that a later branch inherited earlier debt.
Durable states
| State | Meaning | Required consequence |
|---|---|---|
unreviewed | A prior resolution has not been stress-tested. | A review, breach, or silent hardening path must remain possible. |
under_review | The player has assigned handler/proof/cost to test the aftershock. | At least two pressure surfaces must move. |
converted | The ledger becomes a new route asset, public proof, sponsor claim, audit shield, or edit patch. | Future action unlocks while a cost persists. |
discharged | A debt is paid enough to stop recurring pressure. | Relief is visible, but at least one spent resource/favor/cost remains. |
breached | The earlier settlement fails under later pressure. | A follow-up event, route block, hostile claimant, or floor breach appears. |
hardened | The player ignores the ledger until debt becomes law. | Recovery is harder or impossible without counterproof, appeal, or sacrifice. |
Non-goals
- Not a new currency.
- Not a passive reminder note.
- Not a clean success stamp.
- Not a turn-count timer.
- Not a dashboard governance artifact; it is an in-world card whose state can be replayed and inspected.
