Shen Luo Folded Consent Docket / 沈洛折叠同意案卷

Shen Luo Folded Consent Docket is the card surface for legal packaging that touches a living person, voice object, witness body, refusal receipt, route asset, or memorial proof.

It exists because沈洛 can save a broadcast slot by turning crisis into contract language. That help must never behave like free cleanup. Every row must show whose consent is being folded, what pressure is being relieved, and whether沈洛 is becoming a protective manager, sponsor broker, refusal witness, missed route, or hostile contract witness.

Entry condition

Create or update a docket row when all are true:

1. a subject, proxy, voice object, witness, route asset, memorial proof, or consent receipt needs legal packaging before release, quarantine, correction, settlement, or custody transfer;
2. at least one live pressure can be relieved by contract language: sponsor stop-loss, schedule collapse, inspection seal, cutroom checksum, settlement aftershock, claimant briefing, narration priority, or three-key custody;
3. consent, refusal, proxy authority, memory refusal, voice/body split, or explicit absence is not yet settled; 4.沈洛 is available as a possible handler, or the company legal desk can fold the row without him;
4. the result can mutate future route access, ownership debt, witness status, contract capture, or recovery-only state.

Never create this row from a fixed turn number, day interval, chapter quota, raw content target, or lens-health state.
