Su Lian Ventilator Fault-Confession Cards / 素莲呼吸机故障—忏悔分离证据包
Rite 12 gains eleven focused support cards: one separation docket, one named-unit alarm/bypass sequence, one human-channel marker, four disposition postures, and four matching authority boundaries. The default-only counterreceipt is the twelfth authored card but is never a review input. The actual card-storyteller-fan-oxygen-ledger is separately authored and must also be genuinely in hand.
Exact seven-slot tuple
Every review execution requires all seven assigned objects to be in hand:
| # | Slot | Exact object or selected candidate |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | su_lian | card-storyteller-su-lian |
| 2 | oxygen_ledger | card-storyteller-fan-oxygen-ledger |
| 3 | docket | storyteller.card.su_lian_ventilator_fault_confession_docket.v1 |
| 4 | alarm_sequence | storyteller.card.su_lian_named_unit_alarm_bypass_sequence.v1 |
| 5 | human_channel | storyteller.card.su_lian_human_utterance_channel_marker.v1 |
| 6 | fault_posture | the exact posture required by the selected option |
| 7 | authority_boundary | the matching boundary for that option |
The focused row must preserve:

alarm_code: named
manual_bypass_at: recorded
interruption_interval: bounded

human_utterance_interpreted: falseFour exact posture/boundary pairs
| Review | Fault posture | Authority boundary |
|---|---|---|
| 0 | storyteller.card.su_lian_protected_fault_interpreter_posture.v1 | storyteller.card.su_lian_named_unit_interval_boundary.v1 |

Virtual aliases, a generic person, a missing actual ledger, missing docket, missing sequence or channel marker, missing Rite 12 completion/history state, or a mixed posture/boundary pair must fail without changing state. Ordered replay evidence, rather than mutable flags alone, proves that Rite 12 was actually played. On review choices 0–2, the unused posture and boundary candidates are removed. Deferral removes the other six candidates and retains the unresolved pair while arming default.
Default-only counterreceipt
storyteller.card.su_lian_merged_alarm_confession_counterreceipt.v1 is gained by every default terminal. It is a scar showing that the named machine channel and an uninterpreted human channel were merged. It does not preserve human words or prove a speaker, confession, consent, diagnosis, or treatment decision.
The counterreceipt is not filter or afteruse certification, fleet-safety evidence, custody or access authority, memorial/sponsor authority, or a future-reader receipt.
Local authority only
The docket and support cards may prove one named unit’s alarm, bypass, interruption, repair, and live-readback chronology and distinguish the presence or absence of a separate human channel. They cannot allocate oxygen, rank patients, interpret human content, transfer voice/archive custody, certify afteruse or fleet safety, open a facility, or settle memorial and sponsor rights.
