Su Lian Ventilator Fault Readback / 素莲呼吸机故障复核

storyteller.rite.su_lian_ventilator_fault_readback.v1 separates one named ventilator’s present service chronology from the mere presence or absence of a human-utterance channel. It settles Su Lian’s person-state without deciding what anyone said or who deserved or consented to care.

Source and exact assignment guard

The review requires completed storyteller-rite-12-fan-oxygen-audit, the source encounter and ward-availability flags, actual Su Lian and fan oxygen ledger cards, the focused docket, named-unit alarm/bypass sequence, and human-channel marker. It cannot repeat after disposition or review completion.

All seven slots in Su Lian Ventilator Fault-Confession Cards are required. Exact accepts, actual in-hand cards, selected-option requirements, and posture/boundary matching are enforced. Missing, virtual, generic, or mixed assignments fail before mutation. Rite 12’s actual execution is demonstrated by ordered replay history; manually seeded completion or encounter flags are not sufficient provenance evidence.

Four ordered branches

0 — recruit_bounded_unit_fault_interpreter

Requires Rite 12’s public-witness flags plus the protected-interpreter and named-unit/interval pair. It retains Su Lian, sets su_lian.state.recruited_bounded_unit_fault_interpreter, and grants the sole route asset route_asset.su_lian_unit_fault_interpreter.

The asset reads only this named unit’s alarm-to-repair sequence and distinguishes the human channel without interpreting it.

1 — repair_named_unit_publish_live_readback

Requires the same public-witness history plus immediate-repair and repair-state-only assignments. It repairs and publishes the named unit’s current service chronology, sets su_lian.state.independent_immediate_repair_readback, marks the human channel uninterpreted, removes Su Lian, and grants no route asset.

2 — accept_company_telemetry_reset_patient_fault

Requires Rite 12’s company-asset flags plus company-reset and false-patient-fault assignments. It preserves the recoding as hostile attribution, sets su_lian.state.hostile_company_telemetry_reset_patient_fault, removes Su Lian, and grants no route asset. The result is not clean telemetry or evidence of patient admission.

3 — defer_alarm_confession_channel_separation

Requires the defer posture and unresolved-alarm-merge absence boundary after either completed Rite 12 source choice. It clears review availability, retains Su Lian temporarily, and sets exactly:

pending_default_gate:
  - su_lian.alarm_confession_merge_pending
  - su_lian.manual_bypass_unread
  - su_lian.human_channel_unseparated

It also sets su_lian.state.deferred_alarm_confession_merge_at_risk, and is the only branch that arms the natural default.

Reachability and cleanup

Choices 0–2 are terminal and clear the deferred-risk residue as well as review and ward availability. Choices 1 and 2 remove Su Lian; choice 0 alone retains and recruits her. Choice 3 is intentionally nonterminal and keeps the actual card only until default. No branch other than option 0 may leave route_asset.su_lian_unit_fault_interpreter set.

ward_trust, oxygen_mercy, audit_alarm, repair_burden, and branch-specific company or accountability counters diverge across the four outcomes, so a person-state is not reduced to flavor text.

Authority denial

The review can record a named unit’s alarm, bypass, interruption, repair, and current readback, and whether a separate human channel existed. It cannot allocate oxygen or patient priority; diagnose, treat, sedate, or establish breath consent; prove patient identity or confession truth; transfer voice/archive custody; certify filters, afteruse, or fleet safety; grant facility access; confer memorial/sponsor rights; or create a future-reader receipt.
