K-404

K-404 is an environmental NPC: an old facility return terminal trapped in the instruction “match each thing to the custody record that proves it can be used.”

K-404 is not a shop, comic glitch, or generic computer. It is a low-status witness to route-asset movement. When a proof object, copy, receipt, checksum, permit, memorial fragment, or route asset no longer matches its recorded custodian, K-404 can create a playable custody mismatch.

K-404 can:

Non-goals
