K-404 Custody Mismatch Docket / K-404 羁押错配案卷

K-404 Custody Mismatch Docket is a route-asset card created when a proof object, voice copy, fan receipt, edit checksum, permit, memorial fragment, or handoff token no longer matches its recorded custodian.

The card belongs to K-404, the facility return terminal. It makes a missing or misfiled route asset playable: the producer must prove who may receive it, who is trying to narrate it first, and what future route changes if the docket defaults.

Card promise

This card is not inventory. It is a contested custody row. It must record the object, route asset state, terminal index state, current claimant, rival claimant, proof anchors, and default danger.

State-driven entry

Create or reveal this docket only when at least one state pressure exists:

• a route asset is captured, false_owner, recovery_only, or contradiction_pending;
• a proof object crossed a contested facility room, service corridor, checkpoint, archive counter, fan gate, sponsor bridge, or cutroom threshold;
• a prior proof returns through evidence carryover but the current claimant lacks clean handoff support;
• K-404 has an index row but no actor can prove uncontested custody;
• sponsor, inspector, fan public, editor, archive desk, artist, witness, or pirate relay pressure creates incompatible claims.

The docket must never be offered from a fixed turn number, raw chapter count, or generic loot/reward roll.

Claimant pressure

At least two claimant families must matter unless explicit absence is recorded. Useful collisions include inspector seal versus fan receipt, sponsor waiver versus artist refusal, editor checksum versus raw copy, archive signature versus pirate copy, service corridor route log versus official room seal, and production reserve versus harmed claimant receipt.

Costs and counters

A verified return is never free. It should reduce one custody risk while raising or spending another surface such as inspection_heat, terminal_exposure, bureau_favor_debt, sponsor_stop_loss_pressure, fan_oxygen_resentment, lost_property_scar, handler_burden, future_claim_cost, public_receipt_distrust, or archive_debt.
