苗安 / Living-Artist Removal Counsel

苗安 is the lawyer who can turn the original memorial chain’s sticker, waiver, and artist-refusal receipt into a bounded living-artist injunction. She does not author an artist’s consent or refusal. She names the affected memorial copy, preserves the refusal evidence already on the table, and decides whether she will serve as protected route counsel, remain independent, or be returned to company custody.

苗安 becomes reachable from the existing main chain:

1. storyteller-event-25-unauthorized-memorial makes the unauthorized memorial public.
2. storyteller-rite-31-signature-standing produces card-storyteller-unlicensed-memorial-sticker.
3. storyteller-rite-33-artist-refusal-right must resolve through choice 1, “允许艺人提交拒忆回执”, setting storyteller_artist_refusal_honored; the administered-only choice 0 cannot open Miao’s route even though the rite and receipt exist.
4. storyteller-rite-34-sponsored-memorial-offer produces card-storyteller-memorial-license-draft under card-storyteller-producer-license pressure and opens the counsel window.
5. storyteller-event-miao-an-living-artist-injunction offers the actual Miao card and injunction docket.
6. storyteller-memorial-miao-an-hearing resolves her posture before the license hearing.
7. Crossing storyteller-rite-35-memorial-license-hearing only closes the deadline: no entry triggers storyteller-event-miao-an-window-missed, an opened unresolved filing triggers storyteller-event-miao-an-unresolved-filing-missed, and only an explicitly armed company-custody posture triggers storyteller-event-miao-an-missed-custody.

Rite 34’s license draft and producer license provide named license context and company pressure. The producer license is not a served/service proof. Rite 35 supplies only the deadline boundary; it does not consume the Miao docket or any Miao result. None of these objects proves artist permission.

The old scaffold’s memorial custody beat 09/11 labels are not runtime gates; the implemented route is driven entirely by source state.

Only recruit_protected_living_artist_injunction_counsel recruits 苗安 as a route asset. file_independent_bounded_injunction preserves bounded counsel without recruitment. hold_unfinished_file_in_company_custody arms the miss/default path; it cannot quietly grant recruitment or clean memorial ownership.
