Entry oracle
The entry must be state-triggered after Event 25, Rite 31, Rite 33 choice 1 has set storyteller_artist_refusal_honored, and Rite 34, while Rite 35 has not closed the window. Rite 33 choice 0 (storyteller_artist_refusal_administered) is insufficient even though the rite completed and a receipt exists. Entry must require the exact sticker, legal-body waiver, refusal receipt, memorial-license draft, and producer license; offer the actual Miao card; create the exact docket; and expose exactly one of the three posture cards.
It must not require rite.saint_persona_consent_hearing, a fixed turn, the legacy memorial beat labels, a relationship threshold, a dashboard counter, or a same-type lawyer substitute.

The source refusal receipt must remain visible through every branch. A waiver, license draft, sponsor payment, archive seal, or lawyer title cannot silently overwrite it.

The Rite 35 deadline must expose three mutually exclusive misses:

The company default has the highest priority, and armed/not-armed/not-entered gates make the three misses mutually exclusive. Each preserves the refusal source. Rite 35 only closes the deadline and consumes neither docket nor Miao result. Deadline expiry must never become consent, clean removal, service, or universal memorial ownership.
