Qing Luo, Support-Light Copyist / 青罗·应援灯复写员
青罗 maintains physical support-light copies derived from the concrete L-07 row. She knows which lamps belong to one derivative batch, how many were copied, what maintenance was performed, and which desk or route received them. Those facts make her a useful provenance witness; they do not make her the owner, author, or voice of the person whose trace the lamps carry.
Her encounter opens only after Li Deng’s support-light personhood hearing has resolved, the L-07 source row remains available, and its voice-integrity signal is still sufficient to identify the source. The resulting offer gains the actual card-storyteller-qing-luo, one copy-provenance docket, one branch-specific disposition, and one named reader.
The player can protect and recruit Qing Luo as a bounded maintenance witness, return the identified batch to a fan commons while she remains independent, honor her refusal to release a contaminated batch, or accept sponsor packaging and permanently miss her. Only the protected branch grants route_asset.qing_luo_support_light_copyist.

Authority boundary
Qing Luo may attest to:
- a physical derivative batch’s identifiers and count;
- copied-at evidence or an explicit absence;
- maintenance actions and the handoff chain;
- the named L-07 row cited by that batch;
- her own refusal, countersign, protection, capture, or resulting person-state.
She may not decide or grant:
- Li Deng’s personhood, identity, voice integrity, consent, or refusal;
- memorial licensing, archive ownership, sponsor ownership, or universal fan consent;
- broad copy authorship or permission to manufacture another batch;
- a universal audit verdict;
- Wen Ting’s version lineage, deleted-name comparison, or copier-serial testimony.
Character boundaries
- Li Deng owns the source row’s personhood and custody classification. Qing Luo reads that resolved row without mutating it.
- Wen Ting owns version-difference and deleted-name testimony. Qing Luo owns physical derivative-batch provenance and maintenance only.
- Fan-commons access is not collective consent. Quarantine is not archive ownership. Sponsor packaging is evidence of capture, not a clean title.
