Observable promise
The lens proves that Qing Luo’s old memorial-custody card is a playable character route: a completed Li Deng hearing opens one state-triggered copy offer; the offer materializes the actual Qing Luo card and one exact disposition tuple; a strict five-slot rite resolves one of four reachable person-states; one branch recruits her, one branch permanently misses her, and no branch reclassifies Li Deng or absorbs Wen Ting’s authority.

Card oracle
The content pack must expose exactly six new Qing Luo support cards:

The docket must name the L-07 source row, batch IDs and count, copied-at evidence or explicit absence, maintenance actions, holder, source state as read-only, Qing Luo state, selected disposition, reader, and counter deltas. The event must gain exactly one of the four disposition documents, not all four.

The event may gain Qing Luo, the docket, the chosen disposition, and the named reader and may open the window. It must not emit a terminal state, route asset, personhood ruling, ownership ruling, or future-copy license.
Five-slot rite oracle
The review must require exactly:
- provenance docket;
- actual Qing Luo card;
- existing L-07 source row;
- event-selected disposition document;
- named future reader.
Every card must be exact and currently in hand. Conditions, exact accepts, selected option, and selected-option requirements must be enforced. Wrong branch flags, wrong disposition cards, mixed assignments, missing cards, and omitted options must fail without completing the rite or recording a disposition.

Only choice 0 may set qing_luo.recruited or the route asset. Only choice 3 may set qing_luo.missed, storyteller_support_light_copies_made_missed, remove the actual Qing Luo card, or leave qing_luo.future.hostile_copy_counterclaim.
Li Deng non-mutation oracle
Each replay must snapshot the upstream Li Deng state immediately before the offer and compare it after Qing Luo’s rite. The following must remain unchanged across all four branches:
- every
li_deng.state.*flag; lideng_voice_integrity;lideng_personhood_claim;- the completed upstream hearing flag.
The Qing Luo packet may add copy-provenance, copy-custody, contamination, readback, trust, or recovery state. It may not rewrite the source person’s ruling.
Wen Ting and authority oracle
Qing Luo may prove physical batch provenance, count, maintenance actions, and handoff. She does not prove version lineage, deleted-name rows, or copier-serial comparison; those remain Wen Ting’s lane.
No card, event option, rite option, terminal state, or future-reader result may grant Li Deng personhood/identity/voice/consent authority, memorial or archive ownership, sponsor ownership, broad copy authorship, universal fan consent, future replication authority, or a universal audit verdict.
