Shao Zi Queue-Call Order Witness / 哨子·队列喊号顺序见证人
哨子 remembers the order in which names were called from one finite fan-oxygen queue. That order matters because a three-minute displacement can move a person across a medical-air, public-receipt, sponsor, or recovery boundary. It does not make Shao Zi the person who decides which boundary is just.
The only source encounter is storyteller-rite-17-quota-recount. The source rite must actually complete with Yu Lan and card-storyteller-breath-quota-key, gain the real card-storyteller-shao-zi plus the queue-order support packet, set storyteller_shaozi_queue_available, and make oxygen debt visible. A fresh session, a card-count shortcut, or manually seeded availability is not an encounter.
After Rite 17, storyteller.rite.oxygen_priority_recut.v1 must complete with Shao Zi in its actual assigned_handler_or_absence slot. Its oxygen_priority_ladder.row_open result must retain one exact priority posture and one matching future reader. Only then may storyteller.event.shao_zi_queue_call_order_window.v1 open the lossless guarded storyteller.rite.shao_zi_queue_call_order_review.v1.

Only choice 0 grants route_asset.shao_zi_queue_call_order_witness. Public countersignature is independent testimony, not recruitment. Sponsor capture keeps a useful stable-sample clerk but not a player route asset. Erasure/refusal is a durable hard miss and cannot silently restore Shao Zi through a later oxygen ledger.
Authority boundary
Shao Zi may prove only:
- the called-name order in the named queue row;
- a skipped, advanced, repeated, or displaced name;
- the timestamp and handler attached to that order;
- which exact named reader later received the order proof.
Shao Zi cannot decide medical need, oxygen priority, oxygen allocation, clinic pain priority, fan-wide mandate, consent, lawful custody, station or route access, or clean away skipped names. The Oxygen Priority Ladder retains authority over chosen_rule; in the proven chain Shao Zi occupies its real bounded assigned_handler_or_absence slot.
Xi Sheng retains clinic pain-priority custody. Huo Qian retains oxygen-haircut consent and witness-mandate pressure. Yu Lan retains plural crowd-history testimony. Their presence cannot substitute for the actual Shao Zi card, and Shao Zi cannot inherit their authority.
