Child Voice Buyout Notice / 童声转发收购通知

storyteller.event.child-voice-buyout-notice.v1 is the late custody-response surface for 艾笙. It requires ai_sheng_relay_offered, the actual Ai Sheng/relay-token/claimant/future-reader cards, and completed storyteller-rite-29-continuity-lease; it becomes eligible only while ai_sheng.custody_disposition_recorded remains false. Hearing choice 2’s armed flag is an informational pending marker, not an executable gate, and cannot expose this event before the deadline. Rite 29 itself does not leave an armed flag behind after an already-final disposition.

The event must not fire merely because a numbered turn elapsed. It inherits the Event 25 source offer plus the actual Ai Sheng, relay-token, explicit-absence claimant, and named future-reader rows.

Four ordered responses

0. accept_sponsor_child_voice_buyout

Accept the sponsor’s purchase of the feed.

Required durable results:

• ai_sheng_relay_bought_out;
• voice_custody_captured_by_sponsor;
• ai_sheng.state.sponsor_captured_child_voice;
• ai_sheng.future.sponsor_only;
• ai_sheng.custody_disposition_recorded;
• actual card-storyteller-ai-sheng removed;

• route_asset.ai_sheng_pirate_relay absent.

Sponsor capture may reduce immediate production pressure, but later use must inherit capture, distrust, exposure, or recovery cost. Buying the feed does not prove the sponsor owns the underlying voice.

1. late_counter_sign_provisional_custody

Counter-sign a late provisional custody row.

Required durable results:

• ai_sheng_relay_protected;
• voice_custody_holder.provisional_public_archive;
• ai_sheng.state.late_countersigned_provisional_custody;
• ai_sheng.future.fresh_named_custody_readback_required;
• ai_sheng.custody_disposition_recorded;
• actual card-storyteller-ai-sheng retained and storyteller_ai_sheng_relay_available true.

This is deliberately weaker than hearing-time recruitment. It must not set ai_sheng_recruited or route_asset.ai_sheng_pirate_relay. The late signature preserves a scoped trace; it does not recover the missed recruitment window.

2. leak_buyout_notice_to_hostile_chorus

Publish the buyout attempt through the pirate/public chorus.

The public chorus can preserve evidence of attempted capture. It does not make Ai Sheng a controlled player asset.

3. let_child_voice_signal_expire

Let the signal and recruitment window expire after the continuity-lease deadline.

Recovery may reconstruct one relay trace or timing row. It cannot cleanly recreate recruitment, erase sponsor pressure, or make the expired signal universal proof.

Counter-delta contract

Every event response declares exactly five counter deltas, each backed by a runtime effect. Across all four responses, the event family must include:

• immediate relief or public proof;
• Ai Sheng relationship or loss;
• relay/public exposure;
• sponsor, archive-debt, audit, or contract pressure;
• future-reader or recovery cost.

An individual response need not contain one delta from every category. Every response must clear the open/pending/armed transient flags; sponsor capture, hostile leak, and signal expiry must also clear relay availability, while the late counter-sign retains it.

The event must never mutate memorial_license_status, ArchiveCustody, ContinuityAuthority, or legal_body_pressure.

Authority boundary

No buyout response grants voice/archive ownership, memorial license, consent, identity/personhood/death, oxygen allocation, sponsor-buyout authority, inspector authority, continuity authority, or universal broadcast permission.

The event records what happened to the relay and Ai Sheng’s availability. It does not validate the buyer’s broader legal claim.

Replay evidence

• ai-sheng-pirate-relay-custody.captured.replay.json must select response 0.
• ai-sheng-pirate-relay-custody.late-countersign.replay.json must select response 1.
• ai-sheng-pirate-relay-custody.hostile.replay.json must select response 2.
• ai-sheng-pirate-relay-custody.missed.replay.json must reach Rite 29 naturally and select response 3.
• The protected replay resolves at the hearing and must not depend on this late event.
