Ai Sheng Pirate Child Voice / 艾笙海盗频段童声
艾笙 first becomes reachable through storyteller-event-25-unauthorized-memorial. The unauthorized memorial gains the actual card-storyteller-ai-sheng and her pirate-frequency relay token; separate starter rows record claimant explicit_absence and name city_public_archive_child_voice_readback_desk as the future reader. The full-recruitment hearing remains open until custody is answered or storyteller-rite-29-continuity-lease closes its natural deadline. If that deadline passes unresolved, the late buyout event still has to record Ai Sheng’s final custody and availability.
She is not a free child-voice channel and is not a generic memorial witness. Her narrow expertise is relay trace and timing: which relay carried the signal, when it entered and left the pirate loop, which evidence corroborates that path, who claimed custody, and which later reader wants to rely on it.

Every final branch records ai_sheng.custody_disposition_recorded. The pending-notice hearing branch deliberately leaves that final marker unset while retaining the open hearing plus ai_sheng.custody_hearing_buyout_pending, ai_sheng.state.sponsor_buyout_pending, ai_sheng.future.buyout_response_required, and the informational armed marker until the post-Rite-29 event supplies a disposition.
Scoped working relationship
Only protect_and_recruit_pirate_relay may create all three recruitment markers:
ai_sheng_relay_protected;ai_sheng_recruited;route_asset.ai_sheng_pirate_relay.
The route asset may authenticate one relay path and timing window for one named future reader. It may not turn the carried voice into property or permission.
The temporary-body hearing branch and the late counter-sign event branch can protect provisional custody. Neither may create ai_sheng_recruited or route_asset.ai_sheng_pirate_relay.
Source and deadline
The source event is storyteller-event-25-unauthorized-memorial. Both of its source branches gain the actual Ai Sheng card and storyteller.card.pirate-frequency-relay-token.v1, then set ai_sheng_relay_offered, ai_sheng.source_unauthorized_memorial_encountered, and storyteller_ai_sheng_relay_available. The claimant and future-reader cards are starter support rows available to the hearing:

The natural deadline is storyteller-rite-29-continuity-lease. If that rite resolves while Ai Sheng custody remains unanswered, storyteller.event.child-voice-buyout-notice.v1 must offer the late sponsor, counter-sign, hostile-leak, and missed responses. A fixed turn, day, relationship threshold, or raw card count is not the deadline.
Authority boundary
Ai Sheng and route_asset.ai_sheng_pirate_relay may prove relay trace and timing only. They never grant or decide:
- voice ownership or archive ownership;
- memorial license or memorial permission;
- artist, child, fan, claimant, or audience consent;
- identity, personhood, or death;
- oxygen allocation;
- sponsor-buyout authority;
- inspector or continuity authority;
- universal broadcast permission.
No focused Ai Sheng Event 25 effect, hearing option, Rite 29 Ai Sheng addition, buyout response, or route asset may mutate memorial_license_status, ArchiveCustody, ContinuityAuthority, or legal_body_pressure. Prerequisite archive events may establish those counters earlier in a full-route replay; they are not Ai Sheng authority.
