Default Recovery Collapse / 默认恢复塌陷

Default Recovery Collapse is the explicit failure event for the fixed default-recovery row. It is not a timer, passive omission hook, or second Audience merge default.

Arm contract

The event is eligible only after all eleven exact hearing assignments resolve once with choice 6, false_recovery_or_no_answer, and all four pending controls are present: default_recovery.default_pending, storyteller.event.default_recovery_collapse.v1.armed, future_route.default_recovery_collapse_pending, and broadcast_reality.false_clean_recovery_claimed. Choices 0..5 never arm them. Missing, substituted, off-hand, choiceless, and repeated hearing attempts fail without arming them.

The event consumes the recovery attempt while preserving:

• storyteller.event.overmerged_grievance_default.v1#broadcast_reality_false_closure as source;
• recovery_only as inherited source state;
• caption_user as harmed party;
• broadcast_stability_relief as already-won relief;
• broadcast_reality_contradiction:+2 and future_recovery_cost:+1 as already-paid costs;
• public_contrition as later reader;
• caption_log_09 as protected boundary.

Exactly one terminal resolves. Every terminal clears all four pending controls and the transient false-recovery branch/state/future marker, preserves the upstream scar, records a distinct future route consequence, and grants storyteller.card.default_recovery_collapse_counterreceipt.v1.

Replay evidence

lens/replays/default-recovery-triage.false-recovery-collapse.replay.json proves the complete hearing selects choice 6, the event becomes eligible, and option 3 resolves as reader_scope_breach. The focused runtime test proves all five terminal IDs, their exclusivity, counterreceipt output, durable mutation, and source/public parity.

Authority boundary

The collapse narrates only why this recovery attempt failed. It does not change the original Audience grievance grouping, replace its counterreceipt, choose another upstream default terminal, erase paid costs, grant clean repair, or provide universal public, lawful, sponsor, proof, consent, or route authority.
