Default Recovery Triage / 默认恢复分诊线
Default Recovery Triage is the playable afterlife of a durable default. The runtime-backed v1 lane begins only after Audience Grievance Merge Register has resolved a false-clean broadcast-reality closure. It does not recreate, relitigate, or re-decide that merge/default; it consumes the scar that already exists.

Other default families remain a design envelope, not a runtime claim.

Durable story promise
The preserved broadcast_stability_relief never disappears. The existing contradiction and recovery cost remain part of history. The player may convert, narrow, substitute, surcharge, capture, quarantine, or default the future route, but cannot turn the Audience merge into a clean universal success.

Non-goals
- Not an Audience grievance merge replay or second merge ruling.
- Not a clean undo of
broadcast_reality_false_closure. - Not a universal recovery system for every Storyteller default.
- Not permission to erase the harmed caption user, paid costs, receipt bridge, or
caption_log_09boundary. - Not a fixed-turn, raw-count, dashboard, or lens-health trigger.
