Exactly three terminal options

capture_first_reader

The first reader hardens its preferred row as current authority.

• relief: the capturing desk executes the cue immediately;
• cost: reader capture, hidden dissent, version conflict, and understudy harm rise;
• future: other readers require appeal, counterproof, or recovery-only access.

force_public_cue_correction

The conflict becomes visible on a public correction surface.

• relief: false-clean authority and hidden version state are exposed;
• cost: sponsor pressure, schedule repair, public distrust, or operator audit rises;
• future: later use requires the correction receipt and scoped current cue.

restore_harmed_understudy_route

The false-clean cue is displaced and the harmed understudy regains a bounded route or correction claim.

• relief: understudy route standing and objection legitimacy improve;
• cost: current cue authority, schedule continuity, or sponsor recap value falls;
• future: ordinary clean use remains blocked until the restored route is resolved.
